Who we are
Meet Attendance Tracker is published by Ctrio Lab (씨트리오 랩), Republic of Korea. Contact: myhouse9600@gmail.com.
What the extension processes on your device
| Data | Where it is stored | Who can see it |
|---|---|---|
| Participant display names shown in Google Meet, join and leave times, minutes present, meeting code and meeting title | Your browser only (chrome.storage.local) | Only you |
| Your settings (for example, whether to include yourself in the list) | Your browser only (chrome.storage.local) | Only you |
To record attendance, the extension reads the participant names that Google Meet already shows you on meet.google.com. It runs on no other website.
What we collect or transmit
Nothing. The extension does not send attendance data, names, meeting details, browsing activity or any other information to us or to any third party. It has no server, no account system, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising and no remote code. CSV files you export are saved by your browser to your own computer, and copied tables go only to your clipboard.
Permissions
- storage: saves attendance records and settings in your browser.
- Access to https://meet.google.com/*: reads participant names in the Meet page to record attendance. No other site is accessed.
Your control
- Delete a single meeting from its detail view, or all attendance data from Settings ("Delete all attendance data").
- Uninstalling the extension deletes all locally stored data.
Meeting participants
The extension records only names that are already visible to you in the meeting. If you use it to take attendance of others, you are responsible for informing participants where required by your school, employer or local law (for example FERPA, GDPR or the Korean Personal Information Protection Act).
Children
The extension is intended for teachers, trainers and meeting organizers. We do not collect information from anyone, including children; student names stay on the teacher's own device.
Chrome Web Store User Data Policy
Our handling of data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell user data, use it for advertising or creditworthiness, or transfer it to third parties.
Changes
If a future version adds optional features that send data anywhere (for example, export to your own Google Sheets), this policy will be updated before that version is released, and such features will be off until you turn them on. The date above shows the latest change.
